While the prisoner is serving his jail term he is also the breadwinner
of the family. With him out of the scene, the family is thrown into a state
of no economic activity and income generating capacity. This brings a lot
of misery anddepression to the families. Our deliberations and research
paid off and today the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh
has established the prison Micro finance program. |
